EB1C要求本身就有很多漏洞, 不容易证明申请人abuse了EB1C...
大多数EB3I烙印可能不符合EB2I学位的硬性条件, 但是3年的杂交本科申请EB1C够用了.
不知道EB1里面A,B,C有没有quota限制，这样下去，EB1也会排期了.
隔壁老中的talent在不久的将来也要常常EB2排气的滋味了...
