Just received the grant reviews. it is generally very positive but have some
weakness. it didn't make the cut to the first tier:( they fund 10% of the
proposals submitted to the program.
Shall one resubmit after significant revision? Or try to re-write a
relatively new proposal?
if one is junior PI, should the next proposal submit to the same program as
a regular proposal or a NSF career grant? Note the next deadline is in the
summer. Have to make this decision to either submit as CAREER or regular.

CBET CAREER今年15%。新PI 要我就投CAREER。不过要求不一样，你得重写加上
很强的education Plan.
