最近一个月才正式转为vegan的,感觉做饭不是很难,吃的也很开心,最重要的是我觉
得自己身体也更好了,很energetic。
Most of the ingredients are organic, which can be purchased from whole foods.
Tofu is from Chinese store.
tips for oil free: use vegetable stock or water. If you want the tofu dish
look not too watery, add a little bit starch. This trick works well.
The amazing things about couscous and quinoa are that they are high protein
and lower fat when compared to rice (white or brown). I added edamame beans
( the most nutritious beans!), peas, frozen spinach, red pepper, tomato,
garlic and
scallion.
For taste:
1. couscous dish: vegetable stock, garlic powder and onion powder. I also
have tried curry powder and chili powder, they work very well! just give a
different twist.
2. tofu dish: garlic, scallion and little bit organic soy sauce.
All right, this is my first time cooking vegan dish and I absolutely love it
!!!
