12/20 receive USCIS letter:
The petition does not indicate that the beneficiary has prearranged
commitments for working in this field. Please submit evidence that the
beneficiary is coming to the United States to continue work in the field in
which the beneficiary has garnered sustained national or international
acclaim. Evidence include, but is not limited to:
1. letter from prospective employers;
2. employment contrats;
3. A statement from the beneficiary detailing plans on how they to continue
work in the United States;
4. Any other relevant evidence.
That means I almost be approval. I will request my lawyer to reply on it.
How to whrite the statement?

原来不是牡丹啊？怎么感觉跟平时买的玫瑰不太一样？好吧，可能长在地上的比插在瓶
里的开得艳丽。不知道为啥我会以为它是牡丹，哈哈！多谢答疑！

我有一颗类似的（just joey) ,就是因其形似牡丹才买的。。。

如果你在美国的话，只能说你的律师太太差了。
you only need to provide employment verification and contract if you are
working in usa now
anyway, you almost pass.

如果你在美国的话，只能说你的律师太太差了。
you only need to provide employment verification and contract if you are
working in usa now
anyway, you almost pass.

应该是爬藤的吧？花朵很大，也很香，一枝上好几个花蕾。我几年前买过一棵，种盆里
，跟我们搬家走，搬家回，经不起颠簸，就香消玉陨了。以后再也没见到有卖的。

既然说是rose，上网看看玫瑰和月季的区别，根据小刺是茎上的还是皮上的判断应该是
月季。

我在美国，我也把大老板的employment verification letter 给他了，还有我小老板
写的证明信，证明我在他的on-going grant（NIH， R01 3/31，2009 to 12/31/2013）
还有一个AHA的里起重要作用。除PI外，我是三个成员之No.1.是律师忘了加进去？
我需要自己写STATEMENT，还是请律师写？
谢谢你们的祝福和回复。一旦EB1A被批，我会写个详细经过作为回报。

中国其实也一样，所谓的玫瑰就是月季
有园艺专家专门在网上电视上解释过N次的
所谓的“玫瑰”早就近乎绝迹了，且不如“月季”好看
情人节的红玫瑰也是月季的一个品种而已

最好加个job offer。让你小老板写个简单的信，说你现在是哪儿的PI，以后你拿到绿
卡还会继续现在的工作就可以了。

your lawyer might miss this part, my lawyer missed this part too (I asked
him to add)
hard to imagine if dr. liu really missed this part too!
in my case: i provided an offer letter, an employment verification letter,
and a paragraph from my advisor's reference letter to show i am working in
usa now and will continue to work.

牡丹只有一个品种,而且每年只开一朵两朵,因为我家没有太阳,全阴,悲惨阿.芍药连种
三年才开始有动静前两年都没有任何花苞
