我家一周七天的早餐都不重样儿，昨天俗今天雅，来个华夫饼吧。
我用发酵粉而不用泡打粉，用枫糖、蜂蜜或molasses，部分全麦粉或者换成部分multi-
grain也成。
原料：
340g温牛奶（一大杯），80g黄油（一条到6Tbsp那儿，微波化开），3克盐，10滴
vanilla extract（放不放都行），两个蛋，100克石磨全麦粉（杂粮粉也可），140克
不漂白普通粉，50克maple syrup或者黑糖浆（unsulfured dark molasses),8-10克发
酵粉。还可以加一点儿亚麻籽粉或者poppy seeds或者葡萄干呀、cranberry干呀什么的。
做法：
搅匀呈糊状（面粉不同，液体的用量会有差别），稍微稠一点儿做出来的外皮会脆，盖
上保鲜膜，静置起泡泡后（约1.5个小时，视温度）就可以进华夫机4挡了。这个份量能
做十张华夫。我一般是睡觉前准备好，放冰箱，第二天起床后先把batter拿出来，我再
去洗澡啊什么的，等儿子洗澡的时候我就开始做了，待全家人围坐一桌时，华夫饼温度
适中，香脆可口。

小高妈谦虚了，做面食你们北方人最拿手，我最开始学做面食还是到了米国后，刚开始
就是在浪费面粉，因为做出来的馒头不是馒头，都是硬面疙瘩，实在唵不下去了，就把
它们切成片油煎了。

赶上我回国，他们吃七八天的牛奶泡谷片，我刚落地他们就点着第二天早饭要吃啥，好
像吃谷片给了他们多大罪受似的。

advancement for every country in Employment Third Preference. Specifically,
the Indian cut-off date advanced 8 months, Philippines advanced 5 weeks, and
the rest of world (including China and Mexico, two historically backlogged
countries) advanced 18 months.
