三叶草太强大了，低下组织庞大且错综复杂。好容易就把拔断了。听人说要找到主根，
再拔起来。但是如果是一个一平方厘米的三叶草和好草的混合区域，怎么找啊，眼睛都
要看瞎了。
大牛们，有没有啥工具推荐啊？有好用的药也好啊，我喷了ortho 好像不是很给力啊

哪种三叶草?不是poison ivy 吧?

是white clover

我也正头痛这个问题呢，不过我遇到的是繁缕。此物之厚颜无耻堪与3721相提并论，死
死地贴着韭菜蒌蒿，抢去了它们不少营养——今年的蒌蒿明显细了。而且根极度细密，
跟蜘蛛精捉唐僧的网似的，硬拔的话免不了要伤及无辜。
上次好像看到有人说把round up刷在野草的叶子上，但是繁缕的叶子太细了，不好弄；
你的三叶草的叶子应该大一些，或许可以用这法子来治？

翻一遍土，基本上就能除根了。不过这东西生殖能力很强大，不知那里飘来一粒种子，
就又开始长了。

这个草据说天然固氮，有了它草地都不用上肥了，现在流行用它和好草mix，还有人专
门只用它做草地。

看到有推荐用corn gluten meal, 是organic pre emergent herbicide, 也杀
crabgrass. 我觉得这个跟好草很容易区别呀，也好拔，根很浅。的确看到说要控制不
超过草坪的2%

我喷了两次ortho 了，草坪上一大股药味，隔天闻都还在。喷得浓的地方三叶草在3天
后才开始慢慢枯掉。继续跟踪学习。

以前用过Bayer的不管用，今年试了这个，很好用，对我草地上的杂草都有效。

There are 3 Ortho Weed-B-Gon products, and only one is effective for White
Clovers, i.e. the one labeled for Chickweed, Clover and Oxalis. You may
need to apply multiple times with 2-3 week intervals for a complete kill.
Give it some time, and it will work eventually. As always, carefully read
and follow the instructions.
If you want a faster kill, try a product named SpeedZone.
There is still debate about Corn Gluten Meal, as they was report from
another state university that its herbicide effect reported by Iowa State
University couldn't be reproduced. Also there are many people vowing for
its ineffectiveness as a herbicide over many years of use. It is indeed a
good natural/organic fertilizer though. However, it is pretty expensive
these days compared to other options.
Don't use Image with Atrazine on the fescue lawn. That's mostly a formula
for warm season grasses like St. Augstinegrass and centipedegrass. It will
harm cool season grasses like perennial ryegrass, tall fescues and Kentucky
bluegrass. Always read the labels before applying any herbicide.

大牛来了!我搭车请教一下，crabgrass如何拔掉?我有fiskars拔蒲公英很好用，
crabgrass好像不太好。想尽量不用chemical。

Honestly, I don't know about tools used to extract crabgrass. I did some
search, and found the following interesting pages:

You may want to take a look and see which one(s) might be most useful for
crabgrass.
There are people saying that the Fiskars tool can be used for crabgrass as
well. Check this one out:

I think it would be easy to just hand pull the crabgrass, since it has a
shallow root system. The key is to make sure the soil is moderately moist,
so pull the next day after raining or watering.

谢谢!我发现我是动手晚了。螃蟹草小时候很好拔，当时不太认识。大的手拔不行，试
了fiskars，发现主要是落点要准，先用手找到中心，也拔出来了。谢谢指教!
