我的OPT明年2月14号过期，按照网上的说法，就算公司明年4月1日帮我办 H1并且加急
也得等到10月1日才能开始工作。
但是我今天去问了学校的ISO, 她是这么回答的：
The company can file the H-1B as close to April 1 as possible. In any case,
they must file before your 60 day grace period ends on April 14. Either the
company or you can pay the premium processing fee to expedite the petition.
However, February 14 would be your last day of work and you could not work
again unless you receive the H-1B approval (Form I-797 Receipt of Approval)
and the start date is reached.
If your H-1B is approved before April 14 and the day on which you can begin
work (start date) is before April 14 and you receive the approval, you can
start on that date listed. If the start date listed is after April 14, you
would have to wait to begin working until that date arrives.
The approval dates will look like this: from xx/xx/xxxx to xx/xx/xxxx.
我觉得她的意思是主要看I797上得开始时间，从那天开始我就能工作了，不知道我这么

另外对于I797上的开始时间,难道就是2012年10月1日?这个时间能提前吗？
