just back from inforpass. They tell me the detailed status: background check
is done; case was assigned for final decision. That's it. They cannot file
an SR. Anything else should I have asked ?

yes, just give the reciept notice. The extra infor from the infopass is you
can know whether the name/background check is done or not, while the tier-2
officer cannot see it.
