1） 我们今天file了485，请问大概多久能收到FP的notice？（我在加州，是不是NSC接
受处理）
2） 如果FP 的时间太久，LP不能等的，只能reschedule。这样可能会delay 绿卡。
3） 如果收到FP notice，是不是可以walk in？ 我不太懂。看到不少说walk in成功，

只要485寄出日到USCIS收到日这段时间人在美国即可，如果是overnight shipment的话
，理论上后天就可以离开美国了。不过，关键是要有有效的签证回美国，不然会比较麻
烦。以下是我的律师原话，建议楼主咨询一下自己的律师。
Please note that you (and any family members, if applicable) must be
physically present in the United States when the adjustment application is
filed. In addition, once the application is filed, you are restricted from
traveling outside of the United States while the application is pending
unless you possess (1) a valid H-1B visa (or H-4 visa for dependents), (2) a
valid L-1 visa (or L-2 visa for dependents), or (3) special travel
permission from the USCIS known as "advance parole." If you or any dependent
family members depart the United States while the adjustment application is
pending without one of the above travel documents in your possession, the
applicable law provides that you will be considered to have abandoned your
application for adjustment of status to permanent residence. This means that
you will have to file the application again after returning to the United
States. Moreover, you will be unable to re-enter the United States until
such time as you have obtained a valid nonimmigrant visa in your passport.
If you are not eligible to obtain a nonimmigrant visa, you may be unable to
return to the United States. Accordingly, please contact our office prior to
any international travel to discuss this further. only exceptions are
travel with an Advance Parole or on a valid L or H visa. This applies to
any dependant family members as well. Please contact our office prior to
travel so as to ensure that the adjustment of status application remains

1. late pay only gets onto credit report if u r late for 30 days
i.e. 30 days past due
I guess u r still within the limit?
2. Most big credit card companies can give u a first-time mercy and void
that late pay. They will also give u refund of that penalty.
But u have to call and ask for that mercy
usually no problem as long as the CSR is nice

I guess u r still within the limit?
2. Most big credit card companies can give u a first-time mercy and void
that late pay. They will also give u refund of that penalty.
But u have to call and ask for that mercy
usually no problem as long as the CSR is nice

我的理解是如果不打指纹就拿不到绿卡，是吧？
如果不能等到打指纹就回去，只能申请h4签证回来了。

不打指纹，485没法批，绿卡是肯定拿不到的，因为要指纹来做背景调查
