下面是我律师给我办EB2降EB3的信息，timeline在内。
on 01/08/2014, we filed a request for conversion to premium processing with
the USCIS Service Center.
On 01/27/2014, we received the I-140 immigrant visa petition approval
The original Priority Date is 03/20/10. We will be submitting a letter to
the CIS that requests that they match up the new EB3 Approval with the
existing Priority Date of 03/20/10.
On 01/29/14, we submitted a request to the CIS to link the new EB3 I-140
Approval Notice with your existing I-485 application.
目前我的I485的状态一直是Acceptance。降级主要是要早些拿卡。EAD和AP早都拿了，
更新了都两次了。Fingerprint也在2012都打了。在I485状态栏还是之前的“On April
10, 2012, your fingerprint fee was accepted and we have mailed you a notice
describing how we will process your case. ”
问题：RD是按01/29/14 后几天当NCS收到relink request算， 还是按04/10/2012算？
怎么知道具体到哪一步了？比如FBI namecheck 完了没？assign VO没？等等。
