1. 开始我傻，是扫描，扫了N次，都扫得无比清晰了，传了N次，ING还是不认。枉费了
我那么多时间。
2. 于是就拍照，用暗色背景。拍了1次，上传了1次，就认了。几分钟后就收到email表
示存支票成功，可以将支票撕毁了。

the development company tell me if i choose their title company, ill get 1%
of my purchase price toward the closing cost
and their estimate closing cost is around 5k, including title insurance and
everything, is this normal? sounds a little bit high for me
btw i dont need loans

最近在homedepot买了两种芦荟，一种大一些粗壮一些，一种是瘦瘦的，两边长。请问
这两种都能吃吗？
怎么能让它们长快一些？芦荟一般在什么条件下会生baby？

well i dont need any loans
so $5000 includes escrow+title insurance+2 months condo fee and other fees
yeah and since i dont even need any loans....i think the $5k is a bit higher
than usual

不能，一般吃的芦荟和药用的芦荟是库拉索芦荟，最好三年以上哦。

Without any loan, you don't need to buy lender's title insurance. Even home
owner insurance is optional.
It may be too high. Could you please break down for NRCC (Non Recurring
Closing Cost). Two month condo fee is recurring fee since you will pay each
month as condo owner.
