和ld一共买了4张白香草，每张$500. 结果有三张的pin只有8位数。打电话给克服，
结果被告知钱已经被取走了。
file了dispute, 等到今天打电话去问，结果说dispute deny 了。 Incomm 太流氓了
。大家说说我可以采取什么措施呢？ small claim court? file police report?
(have already BBB).

我有小黄梨西红柿的种子，想求点皱皮辣椒，东北豆角（不是油豆角没关系，除了美国
圆green bean的品种都可以）和豇豆角种子交换，其他葱和香菜种子也可以，先谢谢各

有PIN是八位的香草吗？买了这么多，从来没见到过啊。
另外，你划开的时候发现有什么异样吗？会不会被人家刮开过有封上了？

是，发生了才google, 发现好多cases. 但incomm 好像多refund了。尼玛把我的$
1500给deny了。

Incomm has the debit account number (such as bb, netspend,..) where your
money is unloaded to. And therefore police (if involved) can get the SSN
that thief used. And what store(Walmart) or bank the thief cashed out the
debit account.

我上次买了17张，有5张的pin不清楚或者是有些数字就没有，打电话说钱已经被redeem
了。后来寄了相关材料给他们，几周后给我返了钱。这种情况早就有了，我感觉是他们
系统的问题，没想到到现在还没更正。而且我周围好几个朋友都遇到过，都在atlanta
的，估计是因为这个公司在atlanta的缘故。

白香草就10位数字的密码，如果有人猜密码乱试怎么办？
随便输入个十位数字，也很有可能里面是有钱的啊？
如果是20位密码还难猜一点，每次都提心吊胆的

you are too naive! Most likely someone used fake SSN and address to open
the BB or SErve to cash out. These type of criminals are usually highly
intelligent.
