楼主想种辣椒,想要微辣的品种。希望有经验的菜友推荐一些适合国人的品种,最好能
在H家和L家能买到。网上买也行。谢谢。

我有丝瓜,冬瓜,black krim番茄,和一种长线椒辣椒种子,菜友要交换也行。

我有三种辣椒:墨西哥辣椒(那种大个的 jalapeño,籽比较辣,扣掉就不是很辣
), 这种比较好Cayenne pepper,还有就是朝天椒(辣度比较一般)。
建议 第二种比较好,辣椒油特别香。辣椒树长得不高,但是产量惊人。挂满了,红色
很漂亮。

看了下anaheim chili,以前吃过,口感不好,偏硬,不记得是不是很辣,还是一般,
不如 jalapeño。

Serrano Pepper 这个中等辣
Banana Pepper, 很不辣
Fresno Pepper可能适合你的口味。
Cayenne pepper适合晒干,做辣椒粉,炸辣椒油。
我建议你一样种一点,再决定什么东西要多种。我现在有3种辣椒,一年产两次(凤凰
城),春天3-5月份,冬天11-2月份(如果没被冻死,得种在树底下或者墙角底下)。

是蛮贵的,比其他品种贵好多,买一次试试吧,希望好吃

en,那是,这种辣椒我种了很久了,炸的辣椒油真是香。我们这边冬天很少会降到0度
,曾经有几棵辣椒种了3年,一年产2次,然后降温到0度,就被冻死了。
去年,我把辣椒移植到墙角的树底下,夏天长好了,秋天到冬天才开始红。现在又开始
发芽,到5月份又可以长一批。
我用来炒辣头菜,一次就用2个辣椒就足够辣,如果4个就会辣得直喝冰水。

谢谢推荐。看了你的推荐,楼主作为四川人觉得很惭愧。jalapeño对我来说就已
经很辣了,Cayenne pepper的辣度简直难以想象。有没有辣度2500以下,皮又不厚的品
种?
昨天刚买了Canaheim chili, 抠了籽炒鸡蛋,只带一丁点辣,就是皮太厚,口感不太好
,太硬。

Mariachi Pepper 辣度 500-600

Fruit: Pale green, to yellow, orange, then red. Smooth pointed bell shape
4 inches long.
Taste: Mildly hot. 500-600 Scoville. Tip hotter than top. Slightly sweet
and tart. Good tasting productive pepper. Really like this one.

这种可能比较好。我以前在密歇根的时候,有个墨西哥店卖各种辣椒,我都会买点尝试
,印象中这个肉质比较好吃。不过,种植的时候,想要吃得嫩,可能不要等颜色变红/
黄了,而是趁嫩的时候吃。
我其实也不是很了解辣椒。就是喜欢尝试不同的辣度,然后好吃的就种。

在L家没有找到Mariachi Pepper。但是发现了一个品种叫Mild Jalapeño Pepper
。回家查了一下,有个网站说Scoville heat units: 1,000 to 1,500 (mild)。今年准
备试试这个,等到收获了再来向大家汇报。

我去年就种了Cayenne pepper,没怎么种好,也结好多。绿的时候,我摘下来给老公腌
了一些,他很喜欢。后来红色的都晾干了,几年都吃不完的感觉。(我家其实不太能吃
辣)

你要喜欢辣的,应该种更辣的辣椒,根据那个表去选。

感觉亚洲超市的韩国辣椒比较好,稍微有点辣,但是不是很辣。做辣椒炒肉丝,正好。

。回家查了一下,有个网站说Scoville heat units: 1,000 to 1,500 (mild)。今年准

我去年就种了Cayenne pepper,没怎么种好,也结好多。绿的时候,我摘下来给老公腌
了一些,他很喜欢。后来红色的都晾干了,几年都吃不完的感觉。(我家其实不太能吃

感觉亚洲超市的韩国辣椒比较好,稍微有点辣,但是不是很辣。做辣椒炒肉丝,正好。
