楼主发现一种anaheim chili,不知有没有菜友种过?口感怎样,皮(非果肉)厚么?

我有三种辣椒:墨西哥辣椒(那种大个的 jalapeño,籽比较辣,扣掉就不是很辣
), 这种比较好Cayenne pepper,还有就是朝天椒(辣度比较一般)。
建议 第二种比较好,辣椒油特别香。辣椒树长得不高,但是产量惊人。挂满了,红色
很漂亮。

谢谢推荐。看了你的推荐,楼主作为四川人觉得很惭愧。jalapeño对我来说就已
经很辣了,Cayenne pepper的辣度简直难以想象。有没有辣度2500以下,皮又不厚的品
种?
昨天刚买了Canaheim chili, 抠了籽炒鸡蛋,只带一丁点辣,就是皮太厚,口感不太好

Mariachi Pepper 辣度 500-600

Taste: Mildly hot. 500-600 Scoville. Tip hotter than top. Slightly sweet

这种可能比较好。我以前在密歇根的时候,有个墨西哥店卖各种辣椒,我都会买点尝试
,印象中这个肉质比较好吃。不过,种植的时候,想要吃得嫩,可能不要等颜色变红/
黄了,而是趁嫩的时候吃。
我其实也不是很了解辣椒。就是喜欢尝试不同的辣度,然后好吃的就种。

辣椒世界实在是太hot了,品种繁多,不了解,真不知道,从甜的到极辣无比,想想肚

在L家没有找到Mariachi Pepper。但是发现了一个品种叫Mild Jalapeño Pepper
。回家查了一下,有个网站说Scoville heat units: 1,000 to 1,500 (mild)。今年准
备试试这个,等到收获了再来向大家汇报。

我去年就种了Cayenne pepper,没怎么种好,也结好多。绿的时候,我摘下来给老公腌
了一些,他很喜欢。后来红色的都晾干了,几年都吃不完的感觉。(我家其实不太能吃
辣)

感觉亚洲超市的韩国辣椒比较好,稍微有点辣,但是不是很辣。做辣椒炒肉丝,正好。

经很辣了,Cayenne pepper的辣度简直难以想象。有没有辣度2500以下,皮又不厚的品
种?
昨天刚买了Canaheim chili, 抠了籽炒鸡蛋,只带一丁点辣,就是皮太厚,口感不太好

Mariachi Pepper 辣度 500-600

Fruit: Pale green, to yellow, orange, then red. Smooth pointed bell shape
4 inches long.
Taste: Mildly hot. 500-600 Scoville. Tip hotter than top. Slightly sweet
and tart. Good tasting productive pepper. Really like this one.
Cuisine: Stuffed, grilled, roasted, salsa, fresh, seasoning.

辣椒世界实在是太hot了,品种繁多,不了解,真不知道,从甜的到极辣无比,想想肚
子都会热哄哄的。

我去年就种了Cayenne pepper,没怎么种好,也结好多。绿的时候,我摘下来给老公腌
了一些,他很喜欢。后来红色的都晾干了,几年都吃不完的感觉。(我家其实不太能吃
辣)

感觉亚洲超市的韩国辣椒比较好,稍微有点辣,但是不是很辣。做辣椒炒肉丝,正好。
