got RFE today, saying: unable to complete the processing of my petition, and
I failed to submit evidence of ability to pay the salary, so they need a
complete copy of one of the two types of initial evidence:
. annual reports or
.audited financial statement,
the problem is our company is a non-public company, don't have above
document, what should I do?

去年夏天让老公用hedge trimmer修了一下。
结果现在花蕾明显很多地方没有。
没文化就是不行啊。才查了一下，azalea都是开花过后花枯萎就修剪，要么不剪，否则
会影响花蕾发育！
所以对有些花还是别勤快的好

Private companies have those, too.
Talk to your boss and/or the boss in charge of finance to get those.

是的。另外比如还有栀子花（gardenia）也是这样。（好像有些新培育出的品种当年春
天修剪后马上就能开花。）
其实很多品种的花，保险起见都可以采用开花后修剪得方法。当然想要果实的另说。
对某些品种，开花后剪枝还会刺激第二次开花，但这样似乎也间接证明这种花当年的芽
孢可以开花，春天剪枝也无所谓了。
这是我的小经验，俺也是新农民，说错了童鞋们指正。

This RFE is pretty much the simplest kind. Most often than not your case
will be approved as soon as they receive your RFE response. Don't worry.
