Work with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to develop regulations
for notice and comment to expand and extend the use of optional practical
training (OPT) for foreign students, consistent with existing law.
Provide clear, consolidated guidance on the meaning of “specialized
knowledge” to bring greater clarity and integrity to the L-1B program,
improve consistency in adjudications, and enhance companies’ confidence in
the program.

杀虫子的药，用bayer的一种就差不多了, 这个是systemic pesticide.
唯一坏处就是，这个可能是是导致蜜蜂 bee colony collapse disorder的元凶。

谢谢，我回头试试，因为有的药说一年不能超过7次，或者中间要间隔7-14天，而且我
更喜欢对症下药，所以我用了这些，大部分时间我用neem oil，比较温和，说道蜜蜂我
想起来我这里本来蜜蜂少，但是我发现我种向日葵后蜜蜂多到可怕。
