拿到一个公司的offer, base ~90K, 只有bonus8％，没有股票，给了点relocation
fee，公司是做激光器件，在Portland. 申请的时候添了expected salary 是95k，不
想给少了，不知道还有没有negotiate的空间？ PHD 物理，几年薄厚, 知道他们现在就
面试了我一个人，面试的时候感觉还不错。

影响面积挺大的，是二楼卫生间漏下来的。
这个可以修理么？
让seller修理好继续，还是move on?

丝瓜向上爬，很快就到顶了，架子大概170cm，在网上看了，据说有降蔓和落蔓技术（
专业养殖的大棚里的技术），不知道有人这样作吗？
还是引导丝瓜蔓顶端横向爬行？还是引导其向下爬行（这个似乎不合理），就此请教老
农，谢谢！

thanks！不知道一般都negotiate多少合适呀？加个5k会不会太多，感觉hr打电话说
得是 a big offer, 似乎他们的空间也不大，不想跟他们搞得我很greedy。

No big deal, anybody can fix that, the difference is, a good patch is barely
noticeable.

刚看到还有一种办法，是把头掐掉，让它侧向出分支，但是有人说可能造成形成的侧枝
不结果

base比较难，试试多要点relocation费，或是股票

You need to find out why the bath leaks and how long it leaks. If you get
some plumber take a look (if owner allows you), then you can use that to ask
a credit.
For example, if the toilet is not installed right, then the clean up and re-
install toilet can cost you 1000-2000 depending on the area. I had a case
that the water actually coming from the roof and pass inside of the wall and
leaks out. Took us quite a few troubleshooting to figure it out and have to
fix the roof...
I personal will not trust the seller to fix it. They can just repaint it
without fixing any thing...

如果搬家1500mile的话，一般relocation 给多少？自己有个房子得卖，希望能多一点
，relocation能cover 卖房子的fee么？

各行业工资不一样，lz还是多问问同行。
portland 物价不贵，就是多雨。

Nobody can really tell. The minor one could be just need to recaulk the edge
between the tub and the wall. Can also because the faucet inside the wall
is leaking.
When you do inspection, you can try to cover it and see if it still leak.

inspector说应该不是active的leak。这种结论有多少可信度？多谢。
