如果今年秋天种上球茎，上面铺上mulch，那么来年春天球茎还能长出来吗？

有帮助的，springer是很好的出版社。

是的、递交485等绿期间、配偶可申请工卡。
不过与现在法律一样的、没有什么特别之处啊……

If I were you, the only possible reason to reject this invitation would be
the time conflict between writing this book and preparing your I140 package.
If you can handle both at the same time, accept it because this is good for
your career. And there's no need to wait for the book to come out. A formal
invitation letter is a good evidence to go with your I140. Good luck.
