Got below email DHS, this is a teleconference meeting for Employment based
immigration. Department of Labor, USCIS, and the Department of State will
participate. This is mainly for H1 EAD who has approved I-140, we all should
participate and make sure our voice is heard and push for H1 EAD!!!
Dear Stakeholder,
Please join the Office of the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman
for a teleconference on employment-based immigration programs. Ombudsman
Maria Odom will lead a discussion exploring the roles of the three agencies
– Department of Labor, USCIS, and the Department of State – as they plan
for and process thousands of H-2 Temporary Worker and H-1B Specialty
Occupation petitions within highly compressed timeframes. Registered
participants will have an opportunity to provide input during the Q&A
section of the teleconference.
When: February 19, 2015
