2nd International Symposium on Formation Flying Missions & Technologies.
I am not in this area, but I was told it is public and I am wondering
whether I can find it in the library. Can any one give me some directions?

Since my uncle is a retired scientist in this area and he hopes that I could
find it for him, I'd love to give this publication (CD or hardcopy) to him
as a gift this December.
I am willing to pay (up to $50) if you can help me to find this open-to-
