census data作了projection (projected coordinate system)之后，这是metadata的
信息，有问题吗？我是project to projected coordinate system，可是为什么"
extent" 或"bounding coordinates"却是geographic coordinate system? 而且我
create centroids也还是经度纬度的数。可是我需要projected coordinate system
