父亲的肌酐值较高，是衡量肾功能的指标，达100--130umol/L，正常值是35--97。国内
唯一的西药是爱西特，英文名为Medicinal Charcoal Capsules，但父亲服用后效果不
明显。
请问这里还有什么药适合的？是不是要处方才能购买？

一的西药. I have never heard of that in US as a treatment for chronic
kidney disease. In fact, if you search medicinal charcoal capsule, you don'
t get any serious medical website, but a bunch of online supplement shops as
well as Chinese information, surprising isn't it?
I am afraid that it is another scam popular in China. High level of 肌酐 (
creatinine) is a sign of impaired renal function as you mentioned. The
treatment
