Need help
Just got a minority service college offer, $4800/year in middle west state.
Phone interview/no onsite and got it two days later.
Questions:
1) Is it possible for them to support H1B and EB1B green card?
2) Is relocation typically covered?
3) How much salary to ask for? (I have a PhD in Che Engr with three years
work experiences...)
just want to support my family (my wife and two daughters).
4) what is the career development after that position? (this is a pre
engineering instructor

现在我打算从A单位到B单位去工作，B单位正在给我办H1B的transfer。昨天收到uscis
的receipt，还在processing。 B单位说我可以去他们那边工作了，把A单位这边
terminate。但是我担心如果case被deny，我岂不是就要回国，然后再reenter。现在可
以交1225刀，USCIS就可以做优先处理，15天给答复。否则正常transfer要两到三个月
。我该付钱去做优先处理还是冒着风险去B单位工作啊？请有经验的朋友之指点指点！

父母2009年5月7号拿到B2探亲签证（1年多次往返）来美，5月底入境，海关给了6个月

As far as I know once you appllied extension. The visa is no longer valid.

1&2, you need to ask them, it varies.
3, check the average salary in the area. There should be information online
for the public schools.
4, if it's not a tenure-track position, it seems that you can get some
teaching experiences after this and try to apply for a TT position somewhere
else in 1 or 2 years.

可是楼主的签证并没有失效啊。他的延期批准了，可以合法的待到今年5月份，他的签
证是去年5月份拿到的，所以应该是今年的5月份失效。如果现在回去，应该是可以再回
来的。就是不知道入关的时候，移民官会给多久的停留。

2. 如果B2签证持有者居留超过I94限定时间，之前已经及时申请延期或申请改变身份，
而申请得以批准的，不适用以上条例，签证仍然有效；
