a guy got JHU offer in US.
BTW, one of my friends got Duke Law School offer, pretty cool...

If you applied to MS in EE at stanford, it is not difficult to
get admission, however, it is no chance to get offer from department,
you can apply for different fellowship.
If you applied to Ph.D in EE at stanford, if you got admission, you
will almost for sure got RA. Typically, EE at stanford will not
offer Ph.D admission unless they offer your funding at same time.
Each year, EE at Stanford typically accept 10 Chinese
student with funding, 5 directly from China, 5 are transfered students.
