Hi,
After 5-month security check on my H1 visa which is still pending, I finally
lost my job and won't be able to return to US. I'm in China now. In
considering my future plan, I still opt to the following choices at the top of
my list (pls kindly understand and don't blame on me):
1. get another job from US: because my visa is still pending and I had a H1
status in US, if I can get a new job from US, the employer probably only need
to file a H1-employer-change for me, or the worst case if po
