do you know the full name of GRE and TOEFL?!
you need to take Toefl to demonstrate that your English good.
you need to take GRE to demonstrate that you have certain skills in math,
logic and comprehension, blah, blah. GRE is not test your english, in my
opinion. Americans need to take it too, if they want to enroll in a graduate
program.
