Definitely Lehigh. Reasons:
1. Academic reputation, no big difference, Lehigh is even better. MSU is more
popular because it is much bigger and very famous in college sport
2. Lehigh is in the beautiful Lehigh Valley, you will be stunned by the
foliage color in fall. Bethlehem is a very nice college town.
3. Lehigh is only 60 miles to Philadelphia and 80 miles to New York, where
you can find good chinese grocery stores and restraunts. Comparing
with Philly and NYC, the only big city around MSU,

Besides, the CSE dept at Lehigh is raising, due to the effort of faculty
hiring. Here is some new faculty in 2002.
Dr. Henry Korth, ACM fellow, IEEE fellow, Ph.D., Princeton University. In Bell
labs before joining Lehigh.
Dr. Henry Baird, IEEE fellow, Ph.D., Princeton University. In PARC before
joinning Lehigh
Dr. Daniel Lopresti, Ph.D., Princeton University. In Bell Labs before joining
Lehigh
