I contacted one professor recently about chance to do research in his group.
Maybe he knows my present advisor's name from the publication list. He
contacted my present advisor without telling me, to ask if my present advisor
knows I am planning to leave. Is this professor doing OK?
Fortunately, my present advisor forwarded the email to me. He is out of
