我现在在读博士，我的弟弟明年高三毕业。我很想让他出来读大本。
不知道这样有没有可能，应该申请什么签证容易一些呀？
我听说广州那边有很多小孩子是这么出来的，但是不知道应该怎么弄。
谁知道的，请指教。

Sure, have your brother take SAT in Hongkong (the space fills in quite fast
these days, so register for the test early).
You don't have to declare major upon application to most prestigious colleges.
Visa is easy, as long as you get into top universities or liberal arts
colleges.
