看你的使用习惯了，如果不乱往C盘里面塞东西，软件设置得好，基本上没必要重装
如果你啥东西都是往桌面一拖，注册表一团糟之类的，3个月重装一次还会嫌慢

to read news, virus connected to those pages endangered my PC.
I did clear disks often, it is still slow, maybe due to too many updates.

这不是updates的问题，你电脑估计杀毒软件都用的不知道从哪搞来的盗版吧？那就没
办法了，只能不断重装——中毒——重装

Also installed "Spybot - Search and Destroy". Free and powerful.
