可以不说么？我觉得如果解释的话不可避免地要成为我对直接上司为人的攻击

此人性格不行，说话阴阳怪气，时常对下属讽刺挖苦
如果给facts的话，通常都是些小事情
我其实特别不想在决定离职的时候还说这些
关键是老大要问，我怎么说呢？
我想以性格不合无法一起工作为由

hmm, not bad for an amateur - 有这个sense已经不错了。 我觉得电影也可以象中国
古典诗词一样用“典”，用的好坏不光是靠编剧的悟性，也靠导演潜移默化的功力。
在这点儿上，Quentin Tarantino 是个高手。of course, a lot times he was both
the screenwriter and director.

我不是编剧，编剧在本版另外一个帖子里已经回应了同样的问题，我只是就着他的口吻
