I locked with 5% for 30 years last Sunday. But now it is down to 4.875%. Is

先武后仙，挺有武侠味仙侠味的，就是更新慢。
这本不是那种打着仙侠的狗头实际上是黑社会的东西，有侠气。
文笔还行，没有凡人修仙的”是笑非笑“。
配角描写得还可以，有感情有智商，不是NPC。
还有，没有现在流行的傻逼透顶的打脸。

it is up to your broker. Sometime they will do, if the difference is
substantial, say more then 0.5%

一般偶要到500章才开始看，也就是500*3000=1500000字。

My current rate is 5.00% + no closing cost, not locked yet. My broker
indicated that rate might go down a little bit in the next few days.
Hopefully he will be able to lock it at 4.8*% in next two days. Fingers
crossed.

第一次买房的人可以申请的贷款，首付3.5%，利息会比较高。
