C++ develop偏quant
research问题和简单的概率题，算法问题和behavior问题就不说了，其他的都是C++的
问题，问的比较细，还好我这个最在行。
1.what's inline function? why inline function? Does inline function always
inline? When to use inline? And under conditions you should not use inline,
why?
2. what is static? how many types of static? how dose compiler implement
static? does static class member has to be initialized outside a class ? (这
个问题比较trick。要把所有情况都考虑进去！我估计interviewer也不完全了解static
class member！）
3，virutal function， how does c++ compiler imp
