其实就是在鸡蛋里樣东西，就像那个很出名的菜，豆腐樣肉一样（不太记得那个菜的名
字，请知道的给个名字吧：）
我做的很简单，就用了罐头的三文鱼，蛋黄，一些西红柿颗，和mayo,之后就搞在一起
，在放回蛋白里面，就完成了，还有可以放些洋葱粉，蒜粉，和盐，个人喜欢吧：）
我这里因为赶时间，所以做得不太漂亮，不过味道还是可以的：）

观自在菩萨。
（一云观世音菩萨。实则能观自在者皆为菩萨。菩萨：梵音，全称菩提萨埵，意为觉有
情，也即觉悟中的众生。观，能觉之性。自在，所观之境。万法无非自性所现，观一切
所在皆自性所起，是名观自在。）
行深般若波罗蜜多时。
（般若：梵音，读作波惹。汉语译作智慧，区别于世间小智，故直称般若。波罗：梵语
，汉语译作彼岸。密多：梵语，汉语译作到达。此句云观自在菩萨在以甚深智慧穿越种
种幻相到达彼岸的过程中。）
照见五蕴皆空。
（照见：以般若智慧观照，不同于六根分辨六尘。五蕴：即后面所说的色、受、想、行
、识。为所观之境五种范畴的总概括。观照的结果是五蕴的本质是空无一物的。
度一切苦厄。
（正因为照见了五蕴本质的空无，所以超越了一切幻化之中的苦难。）
舍利子。
（一云舍利弗，佛的大弟子，号称智慧第一。实则也可视为一切听法者的代言人。）
色不异空。空不异色。色即是空。空即是色。受想行识。亦复如是。
（色：包括一切所谓客观现象的存在，属于哲学所定义的物质的范畴。色法的本质与空
无是没有不同的，空无从本质上说与色法也没有不同。而且，色法的本质就是空无，空
无的本质就是色法，本质上色与空本来不二。受想行识：心法的总称，属于哲学所定义
的意识的范畴。受想行识的本质也与色法一样，与空无是没有不同的，而且本质上就是
一个。）
舍利子。是诸法空相。不生不灭。不垢不净。不增不减。
（诸法：各种存在的总称。这色受想行识五种存在本质上的空相，既不生也不灭，既不
垢也不净，既不增也不减。一切在分别中对待而起的现象与观念这里都不存在。）
是故空中无色。无受想行识。
（所以在这个毕竟空无的本质里，没有色受想行识这色法与心法的对待。）
无眼耳鼻舌身意。无色声香味触法。
（眼耳鼻舌身意：六根，也即人的六种感官的总称。色声香味触法：六尘，也即人的六
根所能触及的六种境界的总称。在毕竟空无的本质里也没有六根与六尘的对待。）
无眼界。乃至无意识界。
（从眼耳鼻舌身意六根界，色声香味触法六尘界，一直到眼识耳识鼻识舌识身识意识六
识界，总共十八界。此为十法界中六凡法界即六道众生的境界。在毕竟空无的本质里，
也没有这六根六尘界因六识界分别而起的对待的总和。）
无无明。亦无无明尽。乃至无老死。亦无老死尽。
（无明乃至老死为十二因缘法：无明缘行，行缘识，识缘名色，名色缘六入，六入缘触
，触缘受，受缘爱，爱缘取，取缘有，有缘生，生缘老死。观十二因缘而入道为四圣法
界中缘觉乘所行之法。在毕竟空无的本质里，也没有十二因缘以及终了十二因缘的缘觉
法。）
无苦集灭道。
（苦集灭道，知苦，断集，慕灭，修道，为四圣法界中声闻乘所行的四谛法。在毕竟空
无的本质里，也没有声闻乘的四谛法。）
无智亦无得。
（智，与识相对。转识成智为从众生到佛陀的转化过程中的菩萨所修的法。此为四圣法
界中菩萨法界所行之法。得，为最终转识成智的菩萨证得佛果，也即四圣法界中佛乘所
行之法。在必经空无的本质中，既没有可成佛的智，也没有证得智的佛。）
以无所得故。
（因为在毕竟空无的本质中，本来就一切空无，得正是无所得，无所得故亦无所失。不
从外来，亦非内有。非有非无，非空非色。本来如此，一切圆成。一切众生皆具如来智
慧德相，但以妄想执著不能证得。）
菩提萨埵。依般若波罗蜜多故。心无罣碍。无罣碍故。无有恐怖。远离颠倒梦想。究竟
涅槃。
（菩萨依般若智慧照见空相超越生死故，心无挂碍，无挂碍故，无有恐怖，远离一切虚
妄的颠倒梦想，究竟到达不生不灭的彼岸。）
三世诸佛。依般若波罗蜜多故。得阿耨多罗三藐三菩提。
（阿耨多罗三藐三菩提，梵音，汉语译作无上正等正觉。过去、现在、未来三世一切诸
佛，依般若智慧超越生死直达不生不灭的彼岸故，证得无上正等正觉。）
故知般若波罗蜜多。是大神咒。是大明咒。是无上咒。是无等等咒。能除一切苦。真实
不虚。
（由此可知，超越生死轮回直达涅槃彼岸的般若智慧，是大神咒，是大明咒，是无上咒
，是无等等咒。能除一切苦，真实不虚。）
故说般若波罗蜜多咒。即说咒曰。揭谛揭谛。波罗揭谛。波罗僧揭谛。菩提萨婆诃。
（咒语以声传，不必以意解。）

me. There are news reports, some of which the pertinent Japanese companies
confirm, that certain Japanese companies are moving some production to
Taiwan also. But I think politically speaking, no Japanese company dare say
it is abandoning Japan.
