If you are still looking, you can try my broker. We used her both for our
purchase and refi. She is very good.

Depending on how complicated your case is.
SFH should be easier than condo, at least for purchase. But he works on the
weekend and the website is really easy to start with.
I closed by loan in 30 days, even though it was the last day. My case is
complicated and I pushed a lot. But the rate is excellent.
