apple官网那个tmobile的全价机器，是可以用在别的运营商上的。
只是官方不这么宣传。
多少年了都是如此，买了后直接插别的sim卡激活就可以了。

What's the suggested weight of a cpu heat sink? I'm worrying my heat sink is
too heavy. I was thinking about using the CM liquid cooling system, they
are not expensive at all, but worrying about the potential leaking.
Does anyone have experience?

这个主要是机箱的放主板的背板质量要好.
不然太重会压弯.

聽說是不要用跟來的sim card激活. 用別的卡.

我说的是机箱钢板,装主板的.
很多便宜机箱都是外面0.7, 里面0.6mm的.
如果用很重的cooler, 要用里外都一致0.7以上的机箱.
看网上评测,或者自己买个游标卡尺量一下.

不用，当年我直接激活了再换卡啥事没有。
解不解锁在服务器的. 不是激活的时候决定的.

普通的散热一点不用担心。除非是TRUE copper这样两公斤重的，厂家会给warning。

5s的时候我就是先用自带tmobile的卡开机, 然后换的att卡，一点问题没有

the spring load on the cooler to ensure good contact to MB is generally
higher than the weight.
most of the heat sink mount side way in a Tower so the load is main shear.
center of gravity might be more problematic than weight alone.
