打算圣诞节回国，想要办理AP。但是在看I-131的instruction时，发现上面居然说如果
是H1,h4 而且 I-485 pending 状态时如果不是紧急特殊情况，不可以申请AP。

need to apply for advance parole if both conditions described below in A and
B are met:

另外，想问一下现在申请大概多长时间能下来。我的排期是7月底的，也不知道下个月
排期是不是能前进，如果下个月到我们了，是不是就不用申请AP了。
