Indian ICC H1b's don't have a regular job, they usually fly back to India
when not working and apply visa when needed

我有块GA的，一休眠就彻底死了起不来，得把电源线拔了几秒再接回去才能活过来。还
好现在用SSD启动比较快，我就直接关机不休眠了。

There was an important development for this bill in the Senate yesterday.
According to AILA, Senator Grassley offered an amendment that (1) eliminated
the provisions for the family per country limit increase, (2) proposed to
reduce the employment based per country limit to 15%, (3) proposed to
eliminate diversiity visa program, and (4) proposed provisions to increase
enforcement and U.S. worker protections to the H-1B and L-1 visa programs.
As the readers can see from the foregoing proposals, such proposals are
something which the Democrat Senators cannnot accept and reportly his
amendment was objected. AILA thus reports that his hold on the H.R. 3012
remains in tact. Reportedly, survivality of H.R. 3012 itself is considered
dubious.

并不是一定今年的名额才能申请签证的，你两年前拿到的名额今年也可以回家探亲申请

没错，所以我觉得有问题。但是sleep关机的话，电源灯
会一直闪。hibernate关机电源灯全灭。
我已经查过bios，选项里面有pci/pci-e/ps-2/还有一个什么
event唤醒，就是没有usb唤醒。总之就是觉得asus比较变态。

过来10个至少8个能找到工作
2005年以后F签证放水老中留学人数剧增，但是大部分都是不务正业的混混，过来10个
最多1个能找到工作
