Background:
Top 10 PhD
Big Semiconductor company R&D dept. (2.5 years)
40 paper (half journal, half conference)
Independent citation 138 (most from co-authored paper)
Medium report: Nature twice & EE times twice (all from co-authored paper)
reviewer: 0
award: 0
Claim:
authorship
contribution
medium report
PL: 20 pages (a few paragraphs from my NIW PL)
All documents: 500 pages
RL: 5 (all from my NIW petition)
no Baozi. Share some statistical data for others with pending petition.
On July 19th and 20th, NSC received about 140 I-140 petitions. About 15 got
approved within 2 weeks. I guess all are with PP. Then 4~5 got approved
every week until Oct. I guess most are EB2/3. A few (around 15-20) got RFE.
But so far ONLY 1 petition got denied. All other RFEs got approved finally.
And only 20 petitions are still pending. The progress in Nov is really slow.
At the end, I appreciate the great help and encouragement from xh and yy.
Without their guidance, I don't even have the idea to try EB1. Hope everyone
with reasonable background can get passed finally. Actually the approval
percentage of I-140 is not that bad.
