I just have some preliminary sense as I once talked about it with my lawyer.
He said that although we often said that we'd file them together, but
practically there was still an order. Usually EB1A is the first, and we'd
fill in "No" when asked about previous applications. Then in NIW 140 form,
we'd say "Yes" to mention that EB1A. However, I am not sure about the
receipt number issue. Is this a must? If the two filing dates are very close
, probably it's okay to leave the receipt number blank.

cheap的水冷还不如正常风冷好使呢。这个多数是stock cooler，肯定热，建议自己换
，ssd必加，电源也建议换。算下来也没特别便宜。价格还行吧

sorry, I haven't filed my 140 yet. I don't know how long it takes for that.
It shouldn't take long though, as this number should be assigned when they
receive the package.
