captial one 或者orchard platimum cc，都是preselected，不知道能不能申下来
好像两个都一般，但是我现在只有一张secure的cc，还是需要申一个另外的

似乎都不咋样
preselect就是个广告 不增加成功率
当然capital one是个滥发卡的公司 申请下来还是不难的吧
其实不如去试着申请一下那些主流卡 citi chase discover

capital one的申请门槛低，如果你信用记录不佳，可以试试。
