the science says no difference :)
it's called skin effect. high frequency signal the current only
flow on surface (skin) of the wire, not center. the higher frequency,
the higher the effect.
using different type of wires for low and high frequency, might improve
high signal transmission, as the wire is constructed differently to have
more surface area. however, for audio frequency, the effect is not high
enough and normally all the wire is still used for transmitting the signal,
