同时递交的话是不是就可以申请回美证了？另外，能否为配偶也申请回美证呢，如果配
偶没有单独申请的话？

I was told 140 cannot be sent with 485 even for EB1A.

When? My lawyer told me that 485 can be filed with 140 yesterday.

I checked with my lawyer and he said it is better 'not'. So I shouldn't say
'Cannot'.

The same question. Could you tell us why it is better not to do concurrent
filling of 140 and 485? Many thanks.

I filed EB1A i140 concurrent with I485 together last June. Got approved
yesterday.

不递485,即使140被拒绝了,可以重新申请,递的话,好像140被拒,自己没有其他合法身份
的话,就要回国.好像是这样, 不太确定
