Filed June 2008 with I485.

MD, PhD from Japan.
postdoc now.
cancer research.
18 papers (all good journals, IF 6-8).
citation 137
conferences: 14
international awards: 2
review: 19
CBS, KCAL, discovery TV news reports.
active or full member for AACR, SigmaX.
recom letters: 8, 5 independent from EU, Japan.
filed on 06/2008.
TSC denied my case on 12/2008 by saying that they cannot find my documents,
meaning they misplaced all my documents.

Approved both 140 and 485?
I read your two infos, but still not clear. I just got 140 approved. They
received my 485 petition before they approved my 140...

it was not me prepared the appeal, it was my lawyer.
I just need to give him 3 sets of copies of all documents that we submitted
before.
