I got RFE a couple of days ago. I did not know until now that I worked
illegal for 2 months back in 2002.
I worked from Jan 2002 - May 2002 based on my CPT.
In April 2002, I filed my OPT asking for start in May 2002.
In July 2002, I got my temp EAD card with start in July 2002.
There is an illegal gap between May 2002 and July 2002.
My lawyer mentioned SECTION 245(K). The chance is 50-50. It seemsthere is a
little I can do on my side.
Any experiences or advices?

Nothing you can do now.
If you have been out of US and come back on valid visa between 2002 and
2008. 245k states anything before your last legal entry is not counted
against you.
