Hi, All,
Working with H1B visa and came back to China last December. My visa got
checked and have waited for 4 weeks. My i-40 got approved and I-485 Finger
Print already. I did not apply for AP, can I come back without the visa from
BJ embassy??
Anyone has any idea or same experience?

if no ap, you have to get the visa first.
