Arrange employees’ meals, company activities;
Arrange expatriates’ accommodation;
Make travel arrangements for employees
Pick up and drop off delegation at designated place; Coordinate delegation’
s itinerary;
General administrative and clerical support;
II. Skills and Personal Attributes
Effective verbal and listening communications skills
Time management skills
Detail oriented
Written and oral skills in both English and Chinese
Willing to work extended hours
