I have been watching this board for 1 year and got a lot of help from guys
here, so thank you all very much!!!!!
today I noticed that I got 5 new mails (msn messenger). and it is the
approval notice.
I140, 485 filed on sep 2005, EB1-B (nebraska center)
I140 approved oct 20, 2005
finger printing feb 15th, 2006.
after that, nothing happened. I went to the local office (indianapolis) this
june and found out that I am stuck in name check. they told me my name
check begins on oct 17th, 2005.
