USCIS来信：
"The above petition (i-130) has been approved. The petition indicates that
the person for whom you are petitioning is in the United States and will
apply for adjustment of status. The evidence indicates that he or she is not
eligible to file an adjustment of status applications...."
我的情况：
F-1, married to citizen,只filed了130。
问题：
这正常吗？还是出错了？
在file485之前是不是该用infopass去local USCIS office面谈？
