It seems it is possible to apply for EB1A (I-140) in Canada. Does an offer
letter help such application? How
about an offer becomes invalid or is declined during the process?
If I-140 approved, how do I apply for GC? If I find a job then, can I apply
for I-485 or I must apply for
immigration visa in Canada (though I cannot find the information)?
Which one is better between using new TN to apply EB1A and apply Eb1A in
Canada (with an offer letter)?
