公司让我自己找律师，有没有谁合作过的觉得比较负责任的律师，San Diego or LA的
都可以，谢谢大家了！
因为本科的学位与现在的工作不相关，要等到12月底才能拿到master degree.申请今年
的H-1是不是太赶了了，或者申请明年的更好一些。有谁了解这个的话，麻烦也告诉我
一下，谢谢！送包子。

Who is your employer?
According to the law, the employer is responsible to file H1-B for its
employees. If they push you to find a lawyer and file H1-B by yourself, you
can sue them.

I'm working in a small company, it's grateful they would sponsor my H-1 visa
. I just need to find the lawyer myself. They will follow up the procedures.
